A critical component of any successful company is filling key management positions with personnel who have the proper skill sets for their positions, i.e., placing the right people in the right positions at the right times.  Personnel changes and additions naturally occur in a high growth environment, and typically take place as the company better defines its vision and strategic objectives.

As part of the planning process, Sentry works together with executive management to evaluate the needs of the company and the personnel available to fill those needs.  When it is determined that additional personnel are required, Sentry works with executive management to:

  • define the required skill set,
  • draft the job description,
  • interview candidates, and
  • prepare an employment offer.
