The principals of Sentry ascribe to the philosophy that one of the primary objectives in life is to help others. Therefore, each of the principals of Sentry is actively involved in various charitable and/or religious organizations where they contribute both time and money (see Management Team). In addition, Sentry and its employees participate in fundraising events each year for various charitable causes, provide hundreds of turkeys to the Utah Food Bank each Thanksgiving, and provide gifts to underprivileged families each year under the Sub for Santa program.
